Set the boards you like to work on and select the fields

Create, update or delete your tickets directly from monday.com!
Add the E.S.L's FreshService Integration
Go To monday.com Apps Marketplace, search for "Freshservice" and download the app
Choose the board you like to work on and add a Dashboard/App View of the app
Select the columns and the fields
Add our integrations to the board by clicking the "Integrate" button
After you finished selecting all the required fields, add the right integration for you - either create a ticket by clicking a button or filling a monday form
Depends on your plan, you can choose your board by easily adding the app on the board you like to send tickets from.

Go to your Freshservice dashboard -> Profile settings and copy the API under "Your API Key"
Please make sure you keep it secret and if you reset the API Key you will need to copy it again to the app
